Solutions brings a highly efficient cable containment system to state-of-the-art data centres in Germany.

The Story

Frankfurt is the best-connected city in Germany, Europe’s largest economy. Due to its density of network service providers, it’s an extremely attractive place to establish a business and is also an important gateway to the central and eastern European region.

The FRA15 data centre provides state-of-the-art, secure and scalable infrastructure designed specifically for the fail-safe, efficient and sustainable operation of mission-critical applications and systems. Connectivity, power and security are fully provided and controlled by Interxion.

The Solution

Working with trusted German manufacturer OBO Bettermann, we delivered a high-quality steel cable management system, provided with static load calculations to confirm the support system proposed was adequate to carry cable loads.

Direct deliveries organised from the manufacturer’s facilities in Menden proved to be a major time saver for the project.

The Success

Our steel containment solution met our clients’ specifications while exceeding their expectations. A quick and simple installation process acted as a project accelerator for them, especially with the reduced necessity for skilled labour on site. With the growing need for data centres to accommodate the demands of the information economy, it was the optimal solution for their requirements.
