Core Solutions as a leading source of underfloor systems were approached by the design team of Cashel Palace to offer a complete solution for getting power to multiple areas within various high-end floor finishes throughout the Hotel. We worked closely with the team offering a bespoke floorbox solution that brought electric power and data services throughout the hotel in the lavish style and sophistication that matched the hotel’s historic ambience.
Our world-class EV chargers were also installed on the premises. The unique load balancing feature of our chargers made them the optimum choice for Cashel Palace to have readily available for its guests. Our stable, balanced solutions allow up to 100 vehicles to be charged over a 24-hour period on a single 63A 3-phase circuit. Smart load balancing ensures that charging is faster and more economical when more power is available and distributes charging evenly between multiple vehicles.
Core Solutions underfloor power and EV products were chosen for this project, as they met the needs of their clients, and offered the most up to date technology while merging with the 5 Star ambience of the Hotel.
With the clients’ high specifications in respect of the floorbox, each floorbox was supplied handmade, finished in both brass and stainless-steel versions and each having a recess in the lid to accept each of the different opulent floor finishes throughout the Hotel. As a result, the floor boxes although functional, blended seamlessly into each environment allowing the ambience, flow, and beauty of each floor space uninterrupted.
We designed and supplied a low-waste, long-lasting, high-spec system that met the EV charging needs of the venue now, while also evolving seamlessly to meet technological, regulatory and business needs for Cashel Palace in the future.
