We are here to provide the technical support that you need throughout the lifespan of your project, and even beyond. At Core Solutions, the installation is only the start of the relationship.

To ensure that the relevant staff are fully comfortable with every aspect of the system once it is in place, we provide full technical support and training during and following installation for a true soft landing.

Operative training – we provide operative training on all systems that need staff intervention. As an ISO 9001 company, we take a process approach to this, working alongside your staff to help them refine the system’s operation and learn to troubleshoot, and become familiar with all the apps, interfaces and equipment they need to use.

On-site supervision – during the project, our team will always be on-site to make sure that the system performs correctly and to deal with any issues immediately.

Dedicated technical support team – during the lifespan of the project, you will always have access to a technical support team to answer questions and resolve any issues.

Full documentation – we document every procedure from installation through to everyday operation and can use this documentation to develop training materials for you, as well as operating manuals and troubleshooting guides tailored to your organisation’s needs.

Our commitment to creating bespoke solutions for your organisation goes beyond our systems. We can work with you to ensure that your technical support carries on beyond the initial project, and to make sure your staff always have immediate access to clear, consistent and current support materials.

Ongoing technical support – we can include technical support as part of an ongoing maintenance contract, at a level to suit you.

Bespoke training – we can tailor training solutions to suit your organisation, including troubleshooting scenarios, and can deliver this training either at your premises or in our dedicated training facilities in Dublin or Belfast.

Updated materials – we can also produce updated training manuals or videos to coincide with major updates to products, step through common processes and issues and answer specific queries that staff have.
